Giving Thanks

Gracie came to Aunt Clara's for Thanksgiving ready to eat!

But in the end, both she and Ryan preferred the Ritz crackers to all the other tasty items available!

More Fall Fun

Gracie loves her bunny hat!

Playing in the yard

Griff and Grace have so many toys that I recently ordered some large sterlite containers to contain them. Of course, both children prefer playing with the box that the containers arrived in to playing with the toys that the containers are for!

Hi Mom!

We celebrated Michael's birthday a couple weeks ago with red-iced cupcakes for the kids.

Since it was an informal event, Griffin elected to attend shirtless!

Happy birthday Daddy!

10 Years

On October 28 Michael and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary.

He sent me flowers at work . . .

and bought me jewelry . . .

How can you not love someone who fills your life with such beautiful things???

Not bad for 10 years . . .huh?

The Zoo, A Birthday and almost Halloween . . .

The first graders at Griffin's school went on a field trip to the Franklin Park Zoo yesterday. This is his class.

The real animals were fun to see . . but you could climb on the fake ones!

Aunt Clara celebrated her 94th birthday at the rehab center this month!

She was not, however, the oldest one at the party!

She seemed to enjoy herself.
Gracie sure did with Aunt Susan
Although Gracie made some friends at the rehab, it is good to have Aunt Clara back home where she belongs!
The kids got to try out their costumes at Trunk or Treat last week at church! Griffin was the Blue Spirit.
Gracie was a puppy . . .

Mom! What happened to my candy??
