The Holiday Season!

Well, I realize that I have not even posted any Thanksgiving pictures yet, but that is because our household is already caught up in many to-dos of the Christmas season! Not the least of which is getting Christmas photos of the little man of the house!

Griff's First Playgroup

Last week Griff attended his first playgroup at the public library. It was a big hit, and he even put the moves on a cute little blond named Allison!

He really enjoyed himself - so we will have to do it again! Though I must admit, it took him a while to recover from all the fun!

Anniversary in Vermont

Michael and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary last weekend by taking Griffin to Woodstock, Vermont. In anticipation of his trip to an actual dairy farm, Griff diligently practiced both his "moo"ing and his tractor skills.

We all enjoyed a real New England fall weekend at the Woodstock Inn, complete with fireplaces blazing and plenty of quaint shops and country scenes.

It was chilly (of course) up there, but at least we did not get any snow like Boston did - though you would never know it from Griffin's "winter gear".

The highlight of the trip (for Griffin at least) was the trip to Billings Farm, where he got to make friends with a chicken . . .

a sheep . . .

a calf . . .

and Griffin's personal favorite - a cow named Carmel!

The weekend ended back at home getting ready for Halloween on Monday. Here is a sneak peak of Griffin's (very scary) dragon costume!

Happy 89th!

Last weekend we celebrated Aunt Clara's 89th birthday with dinner at Casa Mia and cake and ice cream at 42! As always, Griffin loves a party. Here he is with the "birthday girl", and of course Mommy and Grampy!

A Beginning . . .

I have wanted to do this for a while now . . . keep an online diary of our exciting(or not so exciting) lives! Actually, I just wanted another place to put photos of Griffin since my walls and desk are completely out of space. The most recent set of pictures are from Griff's Red Sox days. But now that the season is over, he has big plans for offseason training so that he is ready for next year!
